ALL OUR ORDERS ARE SENT BY COURIER FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY.
It is important to include a mobile telephone number for all orders. This will ensure that the courier can contact you quickly if need be and deliver your order without any delays. Please check your email for a tracking number and report to us if not received a soon as possible. Non-EU and Non-US orders are final and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded. Delivery Methods We offer a Next Day Delivery service for UK orders. Monday - Thursday before midday. Orders placed after midday with the Next Day Delivery option chosen will be dispatched on a Next Day Service the next working day.For Standard Delivery we aim to dispatch the majority of orders within 24 hours but this may take up to 48 hours.
SHIPPING Non-UK orders are sent via Courier which is a tracked and signed for service.Due to customers restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to Russia.
1. Delivery of the Goods shall be made by the Seller to the Buyer or, if some other place for delivery is agreed by the Seller, by the Seller delivering the Goods to that place. The Seller shall notify the Buyer that the Goods are ready for collection.
2. Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and the Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods howsoever caused. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by the Seller in writing. The Goods may be delivered by the Seller in advance of the quoted delivery date.

The Rest of the World : via DHL/UPS/FEDEX - 4-7 Working Days lead time delivery.

Please note- Customer is liable for the cost to re-direct orders from original address. If orders are being returned due to a change of mind, the customer is liable for the cost of this return which may be more than originally paid for shipping.
Refunds/Returns Refunds -
Shortages and breakages must be notified to use within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns Our policy lasts 7 days.
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
