How Much Boron Do You Need and Where Do You Get It From?
According to boron researcher Rex Newnham, and author Walter Last, the best way to get your boron every day is by making up a specialised mixture comprised of high grade borax and water, then simply drink this magical potion every day.
Mix up 6 grams of borax in one litre of filtered water. This becomes your concentrated solution. You then take 5-10 ml's of this solution three to five times daily spaced evenly throughout the day. You continue with this amount for 3 to 4 months before dropping back to a maintenance dose of twice daily.
Alternatively, take 2 Boron capsules in the day and 2 again at night. They should be available in your health food shop, if not your will find them online from the likes of amazon etc.
Another benefit of taking borax is it also prevents and treats candida (thrush) and other fungi problems within the body. Yeast fungus can become more frequent during menopause and they are also a contributing factor for hot flushes and night sweats.
